Payroll Services: The PaystarPayroll system enables employers to enroll employees and process payroll to local bank-issued debit cards or stored-value accounts.
Merchant Services: The PaystarMerchant system enables merchant locations to accept mobile payments with no changes.
Infrastructure Software for the TransNet Payment Network: The Paystar software suite enables the money transfer and payment network. Translink offers a Platform as a Service (PaaS) to allow financial institutions to control their own domains and equally collaborate to provide mobile money transfers, banking and payment services to their customers.
- Paystar Issuing Server, PsIS, is a hosted service that allows financial institutions to manage their mobile banking, money transfers, top-up/scratchers and payments data over-the-air from mobile phones while managing data security.
- Paystar Gateway Controller, PsGC, is a server that is designed to be operated on behalf of financial institutions or mobile phone carriers and allows mobile payments and advertising over-the-air from/to mobile phones. This creates additional revenue streams as well as stronger customer retention for operators and financial institutions.
- Paystar Account is an easy to use service that allows the linking of cards and/or a stored value account to a mobile phone in just a few steps.
The Translink solution has been used successfully in multiple countries and various trials to provide money transfers and payments using mobile phones.
